Getting Started- Auditions?

Agents take on actors with professional experience and/or professional training. They don't eat unless you earn and they've built up a business on their reputation. They're only going to risk that for someone they know can deliver, and the measure of that is the quality of their professional CV and the quality of their training. It's a business for them, not a hobby.
