HELP BABY CHICKS HAVE FALLEN OUT OF A TREE!?

There were baby chicks fallen from a tree and they looked like they were just hatched, parts of eggshell still attached. When I found them, they were moving in what seemed like agony, and they were covered in ants, we removed the ants, but the chicks are bleeding in small spots, how should I CARE FOR THEM? KEEP THEM ALIVE? I think they're the common dove since it fell out of my tree if that helps ASAP I NEED HELP!!!
