Ladies, has your man's busy schedule ever come between you and him?

I'm 21, almost 22, and I'm barely with my second boyfriend. He's 27 and he works a lot. He has his regular job in an office and then he also wants to be a successful actor. So he's taking 2 acting classes a week and goes to auditions. Plus he's currently doing a play this summer so he rehearses for that. I have gone 2-3 weeks without seeing him so far. I'm only a college student. Is it a problem that he doesn't spend time with me as much I want him to, or am I just needy?
