Ideas for painting mechanic shop office?

I need ideas for giving our office and bathroom a makeover...do not think we are a huge mechanic shop..we are a small family owned out in the country (kind of) but our inside is starting to look tore up...currently our walls are a eggshell color..our furniture is brown leather couches and darker wood desk and tv stand..then our bathroom is small ..the walls and the cabinets are white so please I need ideas that will lift this place up on a small budget
