How can i record a video on my web-cam and then save it to my desktop!?

I'm going to audition for the Shake it up dance-off and i have to send in a video... but i don't have a real camera other then my web-cam. I really need help are there any programs to record ME and not just like the screen of my computer or JUST my voice??? Please help!!! I need to upload it tomorrow!!
