Long term raw feeders-do too many RMBs wear down the teeth?

My dog recently decided that bones were in fact edible. She's been getting the bones from the bone in lamb stew meat I bought her from a place called Green Zabiha and loves them. However, they are large, thick bones (think hip joints and spines) and she actually eats them, not just chewing. She is a 7.4 lb Pom/chi. I do not give smaller bones because she attempts to swallow them whole, although she does only get them under close supervision, usually I even hold them for her the whole time. She's gotten one like every other day when I cut up another 1 lb package for her and my cats, but I have heard that giving bones too frequently can wear down the teeth, and don't want her chompers to go bad. So is it ok to continue letting her have the huge lamb bones? And how often should I give them? Her main calcium source is ground organic eggshell-these are just for dental benefits
