Question about getting into voice acting for anime?

I just want to know if there is an anime being dubbed in English and if they're hosting auditions? And do you think they would hire me, a fourteen year old girl? I've never worked for any voice acting series, so I don't know if any one would hire me... and what are the requirements to be a voice actor for anime?
